At GirlPower, we believe football is simply the vehicle. Our mission is to help every girl develop confidence, leadership, resilience, teamwork, and a lifelong love of being active. Every practice, every game, and every interaction is designed to help girls grow both on and off the field. Whether your daughter is naturally competitive or simply looking for a new activity where she can make friends and build confidence, she’ll find a place to belong here.

Nassau County is a community built around families, schools, sports, and community pride – and now it’s time to create something special specifically for its female athletes. Girls flag football is experiencing extraordinary growth across Florida and throughout the country, creating opportunities for girls to play the game from youth leagues through high school, college, and beyond.
GirlPower Nassau County is proud to become part of that movement. We’re creating a home where girls from across the county can learn the game, compete, develop confidence, and become part of a community that celebrates female athletes.
We’re building more than teams. We’re building friendships, leaders, role models, traditions, and opportunities that can last a lifetime.
