Girls
MORE THAN A LEAGUE
At GirlPower, we believe football is simply the vehicle. Our mission is to help every girl develop confidence, leadership, resilience, teamwork, and a lifelong love of being active. Every practice, every game, and every interaction is designed to help girls grow both on and off the field. Whether your daughter is naturally competitive or simply looking for a new activity where she can make friends and build confidence, she’ll find a place to belong here.
Why GirlPower Flag North Jersey
North Jersey has always been one of the premier youth sports regions in America. Families throughout the area understand the value of athletics in developing confidence, character, leadership, and resilience. Football has long been woven into the fabric of this community. From backyard games and Friday night lights to Saturdays watching college football and Sundays cheering on the Giants and Jets, football is part of the culture.
Now, girls have a league built entirely for them.
As girls flag football becomes one of the fastest-growing sports in New Jersey and across the country, GirlPower North Jersey is creating a place where girls can learn the game, compete in a positive environment, and become part of something much bigger than themselves.
We’re building more than a league–we’re building a movement that empowers girls through sport while creating lifelong friendships and unforgettable family experiences.
